Chicken and Mushroom Spaghetti

Instructions

Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for the time indicated on the package.

Put a little oil into a skillet and heat. Then add the minced onion and diced tomato. Cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes. Stir frequently so to keep from burning.

Then, add the sliced mushrooms and a few pinches of salt. Lightly fry for 4–5 minutes, stirring often.

Next, reduce the heat and add 2 tablespoons tomato sauce (or tomato paste, diluted with a little water).

Cut the chicken into cubes or strips, as desired. Sprinkle with a little salt and fry with very little oil in another skillet.

Transfer the cooked chicken to the skillet with the sauce and mix with the other ingredients.

Finally, mix the spaghetti with the sauce. It's ready to serve.
Tips & Tricks
You can add grated cheese to the sauce and let it melt in.
You can also add a little cream together with the tomato sauce to make the sauce smoother and less intense.
