Instructions

Boil water in a pot and cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package.

Wash and finely slice the mushrooms, and slice the onion.

Add little olive oil into a pan. When the oil is hot add the mushrooms and onion. Add some salt and pepper to the ingredients and lightly fry for 6-8 minutes over medium heat.

Add the light cream to the pan (or cream) and continue cooking the ingredients over medium heat for 5 more minutes.

Add the milk to the pan and lower the heat. Slowly the sauce will thicken.

Add the sauce to the pasta and mix well and add all of these ingredients to an oven safe dish. Sprinkle some cheese on top and place in the oven on broil for several minutes or until the cheese melts.
