Spaghetti with Asparagus and Mushroom

Instructions

In a pot with boiling water, add the spaghetti and cook it for the time indicated on the package. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

Wash the mushrooms and cut them into small bite size pieces. Finely chop the onion, and slice the asparagus into small-medium rounds.

In a large pan add little olive oil. When it is hot add the vegetables you have just cut and sauté for 8-10 minutes until they are tender. Add salt to the vegetables.

When the vegetables are cooked, add the spaghetti and mix them together. Cook for several minutes and then serve.
Tips & Tricks
You can add a cup of milk (this can be non-dairy) if you would like the pasta to be creamy. Add the milk and let it reduce with the heat. Then add the spaghetti and finish the recipe as instructed.
