Spaghetti with Chicken, Walnuts, and Roquefort Sauce

Make the cheese sauce. Combine the cheese and light cream in a pan and place over medium heat. Let the cheese melt and and bring to a boil. Then set aside for later.

Cut the chicken into strips. Season with a pinch of salt and garlic powder and lightly fry over medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil until golden all over.

In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in boiling water with 1 teaspoon salt for the time shown on the package.

Drain the spaghetti but do NOT rinse. Mix with the cheese sauce and chicken. Now serve on plates. Sprinkle with a few walnuts before eating.
