Spicy Baked Cauliflower

Preheat the oven to 360°F.

Wash the cauliflower, removing the leaves, and use a knife to cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Then cut it into smaller pieces.

In a bowl, mix the sriracha sauce with the honey, black pepper, and a little salt. Stir well.

Now mix the chopped cauliflower with the sauce you’ve just made. You can do this in a bowl and stir with a spoon. Alternatively, you can put the cauliflower into a plastic bag, add the sauce, and mix by shaking the bag, making sure to hold the bag closed.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the well-coated cauliflower pieces over the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.

Then turn off the oven and serve the cauliflower directly from the oven to the table.
Tips & Tricks
Have you heard of sriracha sauce? It’s a deliciously spicy sauce made using red chili peppers, garlic, vinegar, sugar, and salt. It's now sold in most supermarkets.
If you want to spice it up more, add another tablespoon of sriracha sauce.
