Spinach and Apple Juice

Wash the fruits and vegetables well and peel (optional) the apple and cucumber.

Chop the ingredients and slowly start adding them to the blender. When they are well blended add the water (very cold) and stir to mix. Drink immediately.
Tips & Tricks
Start getting accustomed to saving the pulp whenever you prepare a juice. There are many ways to reutilize it so there is not waste (the pulp is where all of the fiber stays).
You can add a teaspoon of chia seeds or ground chlorella, which is an algae known for its detox properties and high amounts of vegetable proteins. So if you add chlorella, don't add too much because it has a very bitter taste.
You can substitute the spinach for any other leafy greens (even lettuce!) and you will get the same results.
