Instructions

Start by preparing the ingredients. Wash and chop up the spinach. Peel and mince the garlic. Grate the Parmesan cheese and beat the egg.

In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated cheese, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Now mix in the chopped spinach. Feel free to use your food processor (if you have one) for the last two steps. Chop and mix on a low setting (you aren't making a puree).

Pour the mixture into and ovenproof dish. Bake in the oven at 360ºF for 15 minutes. Then remove from the oven, cool for a few minutes, and serve.
Tips & Tricks
Used shaped molds for more original and fun presentation. We used ring molds, but use any you might have at home. The idea is to experiment.
