Wash the strawberries, remove stems, and cut into pieces.

Blend together the milk, strawberries, and oatmeal in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Tips & Tricks
Add a little honey, stevia, brown sugar, or your usual sweetener to the shake. Just add in with the other ingredients and blend well.
You can also add half a banana to the milkshake if you like.
