Instructions

Carefully wash and cut the strawberries into pieces. Sprinkle with a teaspoon of sugar and let stand for 15 minutes.

Crush the cookies. You can use a rolling pin for this. But you can also do it just using your hands. Once you have the cookie crumbs, mix with the butter. Stir well and place a little of the mixture in the bottom of glasses to serve as the crust.

Mix the cream cheese with the condensed milk. You can mix it with a spoon because it’s not difficult. The mixture will be very smooth.

Cover the cookie crust with the cream cheese mixture.

Finally, cover the cheesecake with the strawberries with the juice they release and serve.
