Sugarless Watermelon Popsicles
“Oh my goodness! These popsicles sure do look refreshing…and with this heat we're sure you're going to crave them even more, right? They don't have a single bit of sugar in them and are very easy to prepare. It is definitely a fun and easy way to add more fruits to your diet.”
Cut the watermelon and blend until it is as liquid as possible. You can do this using a food processor or a fork.
Distribute the blended watermelon into the popsicle molds until they are about halfway full. Place into the freezer for 4 hours to solidify. At about the halfway time, when it begins to have a thicker consistency, place the popsicle sticks inside.
After 4 hours have passed, remove the popsicles from the freezer and distribute the yogurt to the molds as a second layer. Make sure it is more or less than a centimeter thick. Freeze for 2-3 hours.
When this layer has solidified, peel the kiwis and blend. Pour this into the molds and then freeze again.
