2 tbsp
Pantry ingredients

dark chocolate
4 oz
Instructions
1
Warm up the chocolate in the microwave, or by using a small pot (take care not to burn the chocolate).
2
Add the melted chocolate to a food processor with the tofu (the texture comes out better if you use silky tofu) and blend until you have a soft cream. If necessary, add non-dairy milk to get a better consistency.
3
Try the cream, and if you like, add your favorite sugar (or some kind of natural sweetener). Pour into a small cup and let it sit in the refrigerator for several minutes. If you notice that it's lumpy, put the cream through a sieve with the help of a spoon to get rid of the clumps. Once you have a nice, smooth, and slightly firm texture, you're ready to serve.
