Toast with Fruit Yogurt and Granola

Peel the kiwi and either slice or dice. Wash the blueberries and dry. Set both fruits aside.
Add half of the granola to a bowl. Place some slices of kiwi on the walls of the cup and then place the rest of the kiwi. Add the yogurt and finish by adding half a cup of blueberries on top. Repeat the steps for the second portion of the recipe.
Toast the bread. Spread some grated tomato on the slices and then place a slice of turkey on top of that.
Tips & Tricks
You can sweeten the yogurt with a bit of honey or agave syrup.
