Instructions

Combine all the ingredients (tomato cut into pieces, sun-dried tomatoes, almonds, and oil) in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. It will take a few minutes for the almonds to be ground down enough. Now it’s ready to enjoy! It couldn’t be easier.

Tips & Tricks

If you have sun-dried tomatoes in oil, use them straight out of the jar. Otherwise, soak the tomatoes in hot water until they have softened and regained their size. The longer you soak them, the better.
