Yogurt Parfait with Granola and Pineapple

Start by adding frozen pineapple to the yogurt.

Begin to peel and slice the kiwis in. Put this fruit on the side because we will need it later.

In your blender, add the frozen pineapple and yogurt. Blend until the pineapple is completely mixed in with the yogurt.

In the cup that you will use to serve this recipe, pour the first layer of granola and add the pineapple yogurt mix on top. Place the kiwi slices against the wall of the cup. Press the slices lightly so that they stick well to the glass. Finish it off by adding a little bit of granola on top of the yogurt.

Repeat these steps in the other glass.
