In your blender, combine the egg, butter at room temperature, flour, milk, salt, sugar, and dry yeast. Blend for a few minutes until smooth.

Melt a little butter in a small skillet and cover well. Then add a little batter and tilt the skillet to spread over all the surface.

When the batter is cooked on one side (you’ll see that small bubbles have formed on the surface), use a spatula to flip the pancake and finish cooking. Make as many as you can until all the batter is used up.

Wash and chop the kiwi. Cut the pineapple into small pieces.

Arrange several pancakes on a plate, add the chopped fruit, and drizzle everything with honey.
