“There are so many versions of pancakes and we love them all, but these apple pancakes are so original because they’re actually made with fruit. What do you think?”

Instructions

1
Wash the apples. Grate one apple and cut half of the other apple into small dice and the other half into slices.
2
In a bowl, combine the flour, egg, milk, sugar, yeast, and grated apple. Mix thoroughly. Use a blender or food processor if you have one. Finally, add the diced apple and use a spoon to mix the batter very well. Set aside the apple slices.
3
Melt a little butter in a small skillet and cover well. Then add a little batter (don’t worry if little pieces of apple fall into the pan; it’s normal) and tilt the skillet to spread over all the surface.
4
When the batter is cooked on one side (you’ll see that small bubbles have formed on the surface), use a spatula to flip the pancake and finish cooking. Make as many as you can until all the batter is used up.
5
Finally, serve them stacked on a plate and top with the apple slices.

If you have any vanilla extract, you can add a teaspoon to the batter.

Do you have any ground cinnamon in the pantry? Add a teaspoon to the mixture for an incredible flavor.
