Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in the blender or food processor to a smooth batter.

To make all the pancakes the same size, use a ladle as a measure. Pour half a ladle of the batter into a nonstick skillet over medium heat (or a crepe maker).

When you see small bubbles appear on the surface, flip the pancakes and cook until done. Make as many as you can until all the batter is used up.

Serve with a sweet of savory topping of your choice and enjoy!
