Instructions

Wash and dice the apple.

Combine the milk, oats, and honey in a pan and cook over low heat for several minutes. Stir regularly. The milk will gradually be absorbed, and the mixture will thicken. After 4 minutes, add the diced apple. 1 minute later, transfer the mixture to a bowl.

Finally, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over the oatmeal. Enjoy your breakfast!
