In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of half a lemon, 2 finely chopped or crushed cloves of garlic, sprig of parsley or cilantro, plain yogurt, tablespoon of olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper and mix. You're sauce is now ready for any dish.
Tips & Tricks
Make sure that the yogurt is unsweetened.
This sauce is perfect with chicken, meat, salads, vegetables, falafel or whatever you desire.
