Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Wash the broccoli and chop in a food processor into pieces the size of rice grains.

Beat the egg with a little salt.

Shred the cheese. Use a food processor if you have one, or simply grate.

Combine the broccoli, egg, cheese, and breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix well until smooth. Shape the mixture into small balls, flattening a little to give them a nugget shape.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with a little oil. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until you see that the nuggets are golden.
