Chop the onion and red bell pepper into small cubes.

Use your food chopper to chop the broccoli. If you don't have one, you can use a knife.

Beat the eggs and then add some drops of oil to a pan and cook the omelet. Once it's done, cut into pieces and set aside.

Add some olive oil to a larger pan and cook the onion and bell pepper.

Once the vegetables are tender add the chopped broccoli and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

After this time add the soy sauce and mix. Then add the pieces of omelet you had set aside. Mix the ingredients and leave them in the pan for just a few minutes.

Serve on two plates.
