Instructions

1
Chop the cauliflower in a food processor into pieces the size of rice grains (you can use a knife, but it will take longer).
2
Cook the cauliflower in the microwave for 8 minutes. Then put the cauliflower pieces in the middle of a clean cloth and roll the cloth tightly. Twist the ends hard to wring out as much the water as possible from the cauliflower.
3
Once as much water as possible has been drawn out of the cauliflower, mix in a bowl with the oregano, salt, and egg. Stir well to obtain a dough-like mixture.
4
Spread the mixture out over a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Shape like a pizza. Bake in the oven at 400ºF for 15 minutes.
5
Then take out of the oven and cover the crust with your favorite toppings. We recommend covering the crust with a couple of tablespoons of tomato sauce and then topping the pizza with several slices of ham and mozzarella cheese (or use your favorite ingredients.)
6
Return the pizza to the oven for 4–5 more minutes and then serve.

Tips & Tricks

We recommend using a silicone mat because it’s really easy to detach. It’s not always easy using parchment paper because the crust often sticks and it's tricky to remove the paper from the pizza.
