Add 5 tablespoons of chia seeds to the milk, along with vanilla extract and let it stand for 15 minutes. You will notice that the seeds will begin to absorb the milk and form a slight gelatin form. Add the vanilla and honey. Set aside.

Blend the pineapple in a blender and add another tablespoon of chia seeds. Let it stand until it gets the same consistency as a jam.

Serve the chia pudding with the jam on top.
Tips & Tricks
You can substitute the honey for half a banana if you would like to sweeten the pudding in a natural way.
You can make the jam with any fruit you have at home.
