Chia Pudding with Blueberries and Yogurt

Add a cup of blueberries and a tablespoon of water to a pot and heat it up. When the blueberries become tender, mash them with a fork until you have a jam-like consistency.

Place the blueberry jam into a bowl and add the chia seeds, vanilla extract, syrup, and milk and mix the ingredients with a spoon.

Add the mixture to 2 bowls that you are going to serve the pudding. Place in the fridge for several hours or all night.

The next day or after several hours, add the yogurt on top and finish by serving with some whole blueberries on top.
Tips & Tricks
This recipe is perfect for vegans. If you don't have any dietary restrictions you can substitute the maple syrup for honey and the plant-based milk and yogurt for the milk and yogurt of your choice.
