Chocolate and Berry Parfait

Peel or wash the fruits and cut into small pieces. Put into a plastic container and freeze. Ideally, they should stay in the freezer for a few hours to freeze through, but it isn’t necessary (the parfait will have more of a liquid consistency if you take them out early).

Take the fruits out of the freezer and put the banana into a blender or food processor with the cocoa, almonds, and a splash of plant-based milk. Blend to a smooth cream and pour into a glass.

Clean the blender a little and put in the mango and berries, together with a little more of the milk. Blend well. Optionally, you can add some sort of sweetener. Pour over the chocolate cream.

Put the glass in the fridge to chill for a few minutes before serving.
Tips & Tricks
You can decorate the dessert with a few vegan or normal chocolate chips and maybe some nuts. Put them into the glass before adding the chocolate cream, between the layers, or sprinkle them over the top.
If you don’t have any mango, add some more banana to the berries in the blender.
