Instructions

Chop the dates and the oats in a blender or food processor. Add the almond butter and coconut oil, and mix well.

Transfer the ingredients from the food processor into a parchment paper lined mold. Cover the base well and press down with your fingers or with the base of a cup to make it compact.

Mix the yogurt and cheese in a bowl and add on top of the oat layer.

Cook the blueberries and raspberries in a small pot with some water for 10 minutes, until they come apart. Add the compote on top of the yogurt and using the end of a knife, mix by making ripples to make a design.

Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours. When you are ready to eat it, take it out about 5-10 minutes before so that it becomes a bit tender.
