Instructions

Process the walnuts and oatmeal in a food processor.

Remove the pits from the dates and add to the walnuts and dates. Add a splash of olive oil, the salt, and cocoa powder, and grind to a thick and smooth paste. Taste the mixture and add more of certain ingredients if necessary.

Spread the paste in a greased baking pan and freeze until more or less hard, cold, and able to be cut (at least 30 minutes).
