Mini Cherry and Chocolate Crumble

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Remove the seeds from the cherries and dice them. Cover the bases of two small oven-safe molds.

Place the molds in the oven to start baking and meanwhile start preparing the crumble.

In a bowl combine the rolled oats, walnuts, cinnamon, melted coconut oil, honey, and chopped chocolate until all of the ingredients are combined.

Remove the cherries from the oven and divide the crumble between the two.

Bake again for 30 minutes.
Tips & Tricks
If you don't have small containers you can make a normal crumble. In this case, it's possible that you will need to use more cherries so that the base is well covered.
You can use the fruits or nuts that you prefer.
For a vegan option you can substitute the honey for agave syrup.
