Combine the milk, turmeric, ground cinnamon, and honey in a pan. Stir to dissolve the ingredients and place over medium heat for 5 minutes, taking care not to bring to a boil. Lower the temperature, if necessary.

When hot, pour into glasses and serve. It’s that easy.
Tips & Tricks
If you’re a vegan, use plant-based milk and maple syrup. It’s a delicious alternative.
Feel free to add half a teaspoon of vanilla essence and a pinch of ground ginger.
For an unsweetened version, omit the last step and the honey.
Be careful when adding the turmeric because it will easily stain your countertops.
