Instructions

Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and heat. Then slice up a garlic clove and add. When the garlic starts to color, add the rice. Stir for a couple of minutes and then add the water and a teaspoon of salt. Cook over high heat for 7 minutes, then reduce and simmer for 8 more minutes. If the rice has absorbed all the water in this time but is still hard, add a little more water. Let stand.

Peel the carrots and the garlic clove. Mince the onion, carrots, mushrooms, and one garlic clove together in a food processor. Don't worry if you don't have a food processor; use a knife.

Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a skillet. When hot, add the chopped vegetables and Fry over medium heat for 4–5 minutes,stirring often.

Add the ground meat and season with a little salt and pepper (if you like it). Cook for 5–6 minutes more.

Put the rice you are going to eat into a bowl and top with the contents of the skillet.
