Wash the lettuce leaves (if you have different varieties of lettuce, use these because they will add more color to your salad).

Cut the mango into medium dice.

Cut open the avocado, scoop out the flesh, and cut into medium dice.

Finely chop the onion.

Put the lettuce into a bowl. Scatter the diced mango and avocado, onion, and cheese over the lettuce and toss. Add a handful of chia seeds for a finishing touch.
Tips & Tricks
Now make a delicious yogurt and cilantro dressing. In a bowl, combine the unsweetened plain yogurt, several handfuls of minced cilantro, a minced garlic clove, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of pepper. Mix well. Your dressing is now ready. If you don’t have or don’t like cilantro, leave out this ingredient; your yogurt dressing will be equally delicious.
You can serve the salad with a pan-fried chicken or turkey breast or a fish fillet and you’ll have a very nutritious dish.
