Instructions

Cook the pasta in boiling water for the time indicated on the instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

Wash the lettuce, dry it, and chop.

Wash and dice the tomato.

Drain the lentils from their container.

Place half of the lettuce you've cut, half of the tomato, the pasta, and the lentils into a bowl. Place half of the avocado in the center. Repeat the steps to put the other bowl together.
