Instructions

Fill a pan with water and bring to a boil. Then add a little salt and the pasta. Cook for the time shown on the package.

Wash the lentils thoroughly under running water.

Wash and dice the tomato.

Mince the onion.

Wash the arugula.

Combine the pasta, lentils, onion, and tomato in a bowl. Mix well.

Tips & Tricks
Make the dressing by mixing 4 tablespoons olive oil in bowl with 1 teaspoon cumin powder and a pinch of salt. Stir briskly and pour the dressing over the salad.
