Instructions

Boil the pasta in a pan with water and a pinch of salt for the time shown on the package. Once ready, drain, and let cool a little.

Peel and cut the carrot into thin slices. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Drain the tuna from the cans.

In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients: the pasta, tuna, carrots, and cherry tomatoes. Stir and season to your liking (see the tips and tricks section for ideas).
Tips & Tricks
You might like to try this dressing. In a bowl, combine 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon wine vinegar, 2 pinches of salt, and a little pepper Whisk briskly for 1 minute. Then pour the dressing over the salad.
