Smoked Salmon Pasta Salad

Cook the pasta in boiling water and with a pinch of salt. Cook for the time indicated on the package. Once cooked, drain in a colander and let it cool.

Wash and chop the tomato into cubes. If you are using cherry tomatoes, cut them in half.

Slice the smoked salmon.

Place the pasta in a bowl followed by the tomato, smoked salmon, and dress with oil, salt, and lemon juice. If you have cilantro (this is preferred), finely chop and add to the bowl. Mix the ingredients and serve.
Tips & Tricks
In this recipe we used orzo. Orzo is a pasta that's in the shape of rice, although it is slightly larger. It is used in many countries and is great to use because it cooks in 4 minutes. It's an amazing option for when you have little time to cook. You can find it in any grocery store, generally in the rice/pasta section.
