Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor.

Put a skillet over medium heat (you can add a little margarine for flavor, although this is optional).

When hot, add a little of the batter and wait for it to cook a little (when you see little bubbles on the surface) before flipping. Cook the pancake on the other side. Repeat the process until all the mixture is used up.

Decorate and accompany the pancakes with something sweet, such as fruit, agave syrup, jam, or melted chocolate.

Tips & Tricks

As you can see, these pancakes contain very little sugar. However, if you want to make them even more healthier, you can use panela (raw, unrefined sugar) or an alternative sweetener, such as stevia.

If you prefer chocolate pancakes, just add a little raw cacao (cocoa) powder to the ingredients before mixing. You can also add a little more sugar.

If you want your oat pancakes to be fluffier, you can add half a teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture.
