Serve your chocolate oat pancakes straight out of the pan, served with a little fruit (banana, strawberries, blueberries) and/or your favorite syrup or jam.

To make your oat pancakes even healthier, you can use agave syrup or another natural sweetener.

You can make a quick chocolate syrup by melting a little dark chocolate in the microwave or in a small saucepan and adding a little plant-based milk.

If you don’t have any oat flour, you can make some by grinding some rolled oats in a food processor. If you don't have any rolled oats, you can use any flour you have available, although it may contain less protein than oat flour.

Give yourself a protein boost by adding a teaspoon of plant-based protein (for example, hemp protein powder) to your pancakes.
