Chicken Tacos with Guacamole

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and fry in a skillet with a little oil and a pinch of salt.

Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and use a spoon to scoop out the flesh. Finely dice the onion and tomato. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spoon. Add the lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Mix again and set aside.

Heat up the corn tortillas for a few seconds in the microwave. Spread the guacamole on each tortilla. Top with the chicken and serve.
Tips & Tricks
You can add a little ricotta cheese to each taco.
If you like heat, add a dash of tabasco or ají to the guacamole.
Warm up the tortillas according to the instructions on the package.
