Tuna, Egg, and Avocado Sandwich

Instructions

Fill a pan with water and bring to a boil. Boil the egg for 10 minutes. Then cool in cold water and peel. Now chop up the egg and set aside.

Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Wash and cut the lettuce leaves into strips.

Cut open an avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Put the flesh into a bowl and use a fork to mash it to a creamy consistency. Add a little salt and mix in.

Add the chopped egg, lettuce, tomatoes, and drained tuna to the bowl with the avocado. Mix well and season with a little pepper.

Toast the bread. Place some of the filling on one piece of toast and cover with another.

Repeat the process to make a second sandwich.
Tips & Tricks
You can spread a little butter on the toast and fry a little in a hot skillet before assembling the sandwich. This will give it an extra special flavor.
