Start by toasting the bread.

Cut open the avocado and spread it on one of the slices of bread. Add some salt to the avocado.

Place the sliced tomatoes on top followed by the sliced mozzarella.

Finish by covering with the other slice of toast, which you can also add avocado to if there is any left.

Repeat these steps to put the other sandwich together.
Tips & Tricks
Add a spice that you like, such as oregano or basil to give the dish more flavor.
You can substitute the mozzarella for another type of cheese like cream cheese. It will taste just as great.
