Cut open the avocado, scoop out the flesh, and mash with a fork. Season with a little salt and set aside.

Heat a little oil in a large skillet. Put the salmon into one side of the skillet and the asparagus into the other. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for a few minutes, turning over from time to time. Remove from the heat and set aside.

In the meantime, warm the corn tortillas. You can use a skillet or the oven. Take out when they are warm enough.

Assemble the taco: Spread a base of avocado and top with small pieces of salmon and asparagus spears.
Tips & Tricks
Accompany with lemon and hot sauce. A few drops will add a nice touch.
These tacos go really well with avocado and cilantro dip. Don’t worry though, it’s very simple to make! In a bowl, combine half a cup of cream cheese or sour cream, whichever you prefer, with the flesh of an avocado, a handful of cilantro leaves, and a pinch of salt. Blend in a blender or food processor. You can also make it by hand by cutting everything into tiny pieces and mixing well.
