avocado

Instructions

Toast the bread in a toaster, or in a pan or skillet with a few drops of oil.

Open the avocado and remove the flesh. Place it in a bowl and add some salt. Use a fork to mash the avocado until you reach a creamy texture.

Wash the lettuce and roughly chop.

Finely chop a portion of the onion.

Spread the creamy avocado over the slices of bread.

On each piece of toasted bread with avocado, place several handfuls of lettuce, the salmon fillets, some red onion, and then add more lettuce before closing the sandwich with the other slice of bread. Repeat these steps to make the other sandwich.
Tips & Tricks
To make your sandwich taste even better, toast the bread on a skillet with some butter or oil. Toast them over medium heat while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. You will see that the sandwich comes out better than if you would toast them in a toaster.
