Salmon and Pickle Bagel

lettuce

red onion

mustard

Mix the yogurt with the mustard in a bowl.

Wash the lettuce, dry, and set aside. Also cut the pickles and onions into slices or rounds.

Slice open the bread and spread the yogurt mixture on each slice.

Place some lettuce on one of the slices. Place two slices of smoked salmon on top of the lettuce, followed by some onion and pickles. Add more lettuce and then close with the other slice of bread with yogurt.

Repeat the steps for the second sandwich.
Tips & Tricks
Use whichever bread you have available. We used bagels but any other bread will taste great.
