Instructions

Deseed the dates and leave them soaking in hot water for 15 minutes.

Add the almonds, grated coconut, and dates to the food processor and mix the ingredients until they are a manipulable sand texture.

Divide the previous mixture into two small molds about 4 inches and place in the fridge while you prepare the filling.

Mix the baking powder with the vanilla and the egg yolks in a separate bowl.

Add the orange juice and add it all to a pot. Cook on medium-high heat, constantly stirring, until it thickens. Approximately 7 minutes.

Remove the bases from the fridge and fill each with the contents of the pot. Return to the fridge until it is time to enjoy.
Tips & Tricks
If you would like you can add some drops of vanilla extract to the liquid mixture.
You can decorate with fruits, chocolate, whipped cream, yogurt…whichever you like the most.
