Fill a pan with water and bring to a boil. Then add a little salt and the pasta. Cook according to the instructions shown on the package and let cool.

Wash the lentils thoroughly under running water.

Prepare the other ingredients as follows. Wash and dice the tomato. Wash and cut the lettuce leaves into very thin strips. Mince the onion.

Next, cut the cheese into slices or small chunks, as desired.

In a bowl, combine the pasta with the lentils, tomato, lettuce, and onion. Mix well.

Finish by adding the cheese and serve.
Tips & Tricks
If you dress it with olive oil, vinegar, and salt, it will be just perfect.
If you are vegan use vegan cheese in the recipe.
