Pasta with Lentils and Mushrooms

Instructions

Put water to boil in a pot. Once it begins to boil add some salt and the pasta. Cook for the time indicated in the instructions.

Dice the onion and zucchini. Lastly, slice the mushrooms.

Add some olive oil to a pan. Once it's hot add the veggies and cook for 5 minutes.

After this time add the drained lentils and the tomato and cook for 10-13 minutes on low heat.

Once the sauce has thickened to your liking, add the pasta to the pan and mix before serving
Tips & Tricks
You can add some grated cheese on top of the pasta and cook it au gratin for several minutes in the oven.
