Instructions

Cook the pasta in boiling water for the time indicated in the instructions. Once ready, drain.

Put water in another pot and cook the broccoli florets for about 4 minutes. After this time, drain them.

Slice the mushrooms.

Add oil to a pan and once it's hot add the sliced garlic. Once they're golden add the mushrooms and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Next, add the broccoli florets and cook everything together for several minutes (if you see it necessary you can add more oil). Finish by adding the cooked pasta and mix.

Add some olive oil to a pan and once it's hot add the fish filets along with a pinch of salt.

Serve the pasta with veggies on two plates accompanied by a filet of the fish.
Tips & Tricks
We used a bit of whole wheat flour on a plate and coated each filet of Gilt-head bream with it before placing in the pan.
