Instructions

Put the pork ribs into a suitable ovenproof dish. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little olive oil on both sides. Cover the dish well with aluminum foil and cook in the oven at 400°C for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, combine the honey and mustard in a bowl and mix well.

Take the ribs out of the oven. Spread half the mixture over the ribs and return to the oven for another 3–4 minutes.

Take out of the oven, add the remaining sauce, and serve quickly while hot.
