canned lentil

Instructions

Cook the quinoa as specified the package.

Wash and finely dice the onion and bell pepper.

Heat some olive oil in a large skillet and lightly fry the onion and bell pepper.

Drain the lentils and add to the skillet with the cooked quinoa. Season with a little salt and curry powder. Mix well and continue to cook over medium heat, about 5 minutes.
