Microwave the rice for the time shown in the cooking instructions on the package. If you decide to cook the rice from scratch (much better), do it as normal or look up the Nooddle recipe for white rice.

In the meantime, put a splash of oil in a skillet. When hot, pan-fry the chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Wash, peel, and cut the tomato into pieces.

Assemble your bowl: arrange the rice in one part of the bowl, the tomato in another, and the chicken, cut into pieces, in the remaining space.
Tips & Tricks
If you have some lettuce leaves, you can add them to the bowl for a splash of green.
